Renowned experts, leading architects, developers, businessmen and government officials will gather at the Living Environment: All About Housing Forum on May 18–19, 2018, in Kaliningrad, to answer these questions and define trends in the development of housing stock. The Forum will show locals the potential of their city and allow them to widely participate in its changing.

The Living Environment: All About Housing Forum is bound to give impetus to the further development to make this beautiful city even better. Kaliningrad is meant to be a landmark of the Russian Federation.
Kaliningrad region is the westernmost part of Russia. Since the early 20th century the region has been popular for its resorts nationwide, as well as in European countries. Cultural, health and wellness and eco-tourism attract many visitors annually.
Living Environment: All About Housing Forum to be held in Kaliningrad on May 18–19
The 2018 Living Environment: All About Housing Forum will be held in Kaliningrad, Russia, on May 18–19. The forum aims to bring together renowned experts, leading architects, developers, entrepreneurs and government officials and discuss the best international and domestic experience in designing a residential environment.
‘The forum involving so many international experts will provide a platform for discussions on the further development of Kaliningrad and its region. All the participants will be able to share their experience and make proposals. We plan to meet a record number of participants – over 1000 people’, Alexander Plutnik, CEO of DOM.RF, said.
Living Environment: All About Housing Forum is organized by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Kaliningrad Region and DOM.RF (former AHML). The Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design is the Program Directorate of the Forum.
The Urban Weekend Festival, a program within the Forum, will be open to all the citizens and visitors.
Last year the Living Environment: Housing and City Forum took place in Saratov, Russia, on May 13–15, 2017. Over 600 participants — leading Russian and international experts and government officials — joined the business program. Around 55 thousand citizens attended the Urban Weekend Festival. The first Living Environment Forum was held in technological cluster of the Innopolis city near Kazan, Russia, in October 2016.
